2. Eligibility for Refund

- The service fails to work completely after activation, and our technical support team confirms the issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours.
- Payment was charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
- An incorrect subscription plan was purchased, and the user contacts us immediately before activation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- If the user provides incorrect device or app details preventing activation.
- If the user fails to follow the installation or setup instructions provided.
- Internet speed, buffering, or ISP restrictions beyond our control.
- Service downtime caused by third-party content providers or maintenance.
- Requests made after the service period has started or been used.
4. Free Trial Policy
All new users are encouraged to request a 24-hour free trial before purchasing a paid plan. The free trial allows users to test channel quality, app compatibility, and stability before committing to a subscription.
5. Refund Process

- Your order number or email address used for purchase.
- A detailed description of the issue experienced.
- Screenshots or proof of the problem if applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used.
6. Chargebacks
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed without contacting our support first will result in immediate termination of the account and permanent blacklisting of the user from our services.
