A free 24-hour trial is provided for first-time users to test the service before purchase. Abuse of trial access (such as creating multiple trial accounts) will result in permanent blocking.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EvolutionBox for any illegal activity, redistribution of streams, or resale without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99% uptime, IPTV technology relies on multiple external sources. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or upstream provider issues. No compensation will be issued for downtime outside our control.
7. Refund Policy
Once activated, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases where the service fails to work entirely and our support team confirms the issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours. Requests must be made via info@evolutionbox.live.

EvolutionBox does not own or host any content. We are not responsible for the media content broadcasted through third-party providers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding IPTV streaming.
